  • 1/2 lemon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) For a zesty finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped herbs, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
