Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs, whisking until creamy and well incorporated.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir gently until fully combined.
- If using nutritional yeast, stir it in now.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
Baking
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
This bread stays fresh in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Slice and freeze individual pieces for longer storage.
