Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs, whisking until creamy and well incorporated.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the yogurt mixture. Stir gently until fully combined.
  4. If using nutritional yeast, stir it in now.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

This bread stays fresh in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Slice and freeze individual pieces for longer storage.
