OUR STORY

a food blogger who always love to write for foodies

Hello foodies! I am Zanib Mughal, a foodie just like you. I like to cook what I like to eat. I have been on this journey for as long as I can remember. my mission?? Transforming ordinary ingredients into extraordinary food.

I didn’t start out as a chef; In fact, my journey began with a simple love for good food and a desire to create something magical from ordinary ingredients.

I also love to recreate famous restaurant-style dishes at home, and some of my famous copycat recipes include Applebee’s French Onion Soup, Bill Miller’s signature green beans, and Quick Nixon’s Chicken Casserole, which was the President’s favorite. And mine too.

And if you like to know more  about copycat recipes, you can use recipe index of my site.

About Recipezenith

Recipe Zenith is my little corner of the internet where I share happiness of my kitchen. Here, we are not just cooking; We’re making memories, one recipe at a time.

I’m all about keeping it real and simple because let’s face it, the best recipes often start with a little passion and a little curiosity.

I started recipezenith, because I wanted to create a community of love, where I can share my favorite recipes, and you know? I am basically a from-scratch-cooking obsessed person. I just want to create everything by my self, and I believe that I can do it. And this is my belief for you, whether you are a kitchen newbie or cooking for years, you can do everything by yourself.

With some trial-and-error, this Haitian akra recipe was so crispy till its last bite, and I really enjoy it. These are traditional fritters made with crispy taro root, not available everywhere, so it was hard to found and make, but finally I did it. And they taste really good.
