Mexican Chili Street Corn

1. Make a spice mix with paprika, chili and chipotle and set aside.

2. Brush the melted butter over corn ears thoroughly.

3. Mix sour cream, and mayonnaise with other spices.

4. Grill the buttered corn ears thoroughly

5. Brush the mayo dipping over grilled corn ears.

6. Roll in cotija cheese and then sprinkle spice mix
